Error code re: mapping between account & security

Mary Lou

Norton Antivirus will not run Liveupdate automatically.
Error code 0x800705343: no mapping between account names
and security IDs was done. What does this mean and how do
I correct it?
 
If this error is coming from the Norton program than I would think that
Norton would be a better place to ask this question. However if this error
is coming from somewhere else in Windows can you give a more complete
description?
