Error code on form

Can anybody direct me to what is this error code?

When accessing one of my forms and trying to either run a report or move
between records.

The expression on Click you entered as the event property steeing produced
the following error. A problem occured while Microsoft Office Access has
communicated with teh OLE server or Active X.
