Error code appears when I try to send e mail

Error code 0x80040607 appears when I use the test connections botton in the
outlook accounts set up.

Can recieve but not send.

Can you help
 
Have you set authentication to your outgoing (smtp) server? It's probably
the same as to your POP server.
