error code 2147467259 and Code SQL 3047 - record is to long

I'm trying to connect to transfer a database from Acess to OpenOffice. I'm
getting the following error messages in one dialogue box. Error code 3047 amd
Error code 2147467259- Record is to long. Any suggestion would be helpful!
