Error Code 0x80246002

When I try to install Windows Genuine Advantage Validation Tool (KB892130)
the process stops and Error Code 0x80246002 pops up. My version of Windows XP
Home came with my hp Pavilion desktop and is updated to SP2 okay plus later
upgrades through 2005 so far. Anybody solve that problem?

Thanks for that.Do you have a description for the error code?I dont have the
time to go through the FAQ's, and any thoughts about why it did not come up
using the search bar?
