Error Code 0X80070052

Trying to drag pictures into a digital photo frame. There is pictures
already on the frame. I have since gotten this new computer and it is Windows
Vista- before was XP. Is this my problem? If not how do i fix this?

The frame uses a device driver that you may need to update. Control Panel,
Device Manager, doubleclick the frame device, Driver tab, "Update driver. If
no help, try the Action menu, "Uninstall" (do Not 'delete' the driver) then
restart windows.
