error code 0x80004005

Hi,I have a problem with my sound hardware ,always when I

do the test sound hardweare this error code comes on

followed with : can not excecute " Dvpsetup.exe"

Can someone help me .

Are you using a Mcafee AV/Firewall app and a creative sound card..?
You may need to adjust the settings or uninstall the Mcafee app, then
reinstall Mcafee.. I have heard of similar problems with the combination of
both products..
