Hey, my computer was running slow so I thought that if I ran th
error-check and automatically fix options I might work better.
checked both boxes and clicked start and it said that id would chec
and fix the errors the next time I'd restart my computer. Now everytim
I turn on my computer it aks me which OS I wanna run (Windows xp home o
windows xp home (bootscreen)). I want this to stop, as it really annoy
me to wait some extra time every time I turn my computer on, I alread
tried to uncheck the boxes (Local drive C: Tools) but they wer
already unchecked. The OS question continues to occur whenever
restart or turn the computer on. How do I fix this?

Thanks,
Danie

Unread protect c:\boot.ini and remove the offending line with a text
editor. - (windows xp home (bootscreen))

Lots of other ways, this is just how I'd do it.
