Error Caused by a Device Driver - Help Plz

when i play games, after 30-40 mints, the game crush and its exit to windows
or i have a blue scren say :windows shot down to privent damge to my PC
IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL
if i press resit windows start but my ADSL modem is not risponding
if i shotdown the PC and tirnd it on its give me a msg :riport bug to
microsoft and this websit pop

Hi,

Control Panel/System/Advanced tab, click on startup and recovery settings.
Set the system recovery to create a kernel dump on failure. Next time it
happens, send the memory.dmp file to me at the address used here. Use the
subject line "per req" (without the quotes) or I will not see it.
