Error, can't create CSS

When I try to publish my website, I get a server error that says it cannot
create a css file.
I don't understand what that means. It stops further updating of my files.

I may of gotten around it already.
It seems to happen when a file exist on the Server that is not on my local
disk. I checked the server and the file is not there. It seems to be some
time of corruption. For each folder that I had this issue with, I completly
deleted the folder on the server and uploaded the new folder. It seems to
have taken care of the issue.

The company managing the server moved all files to a new server. I think
that resulted in some strange bugs but I'm working through them.

How did the host move the file between the servers?

I don't know. They had a migration team that scheduled and did everything.
They did it to 3 different websites that I work with. They are doing all of
the sites.

The best way to move a FP enabled web site between servers is to publish, especially if going from
Windows 2000 Server to Windows 2003 Server where permissions as different by default.

Thanks.. that is basically what I ended up doing.
All seems to be working okay now.
