ERROR:Cannot find file c:\windows\rundll32.exe

DMC

I get this error message whenever I access the control
panel. I can't open anything without this message. How
can I correct?
 
does it exist?

or you can copy the file from a working system which as
the same os as yours.
 
I tried finding rundll32.exe on Windows 2000 CD and
installed everything I could find that contained that
text. Still, nothing changed. Anything else I can do?
Help Please!
