Error C00D11CD

I am new to the newsgroup and am hoping for some helpful advice. I have
Windows XP home edition 5.1 in our computer. We also have Windows Media 9
Series installed in our computer.

Whenever I visit CMT.com and attempt to watch a video, I can't. I receive
an error message stating
Not found (404)
The file that you requested could not be found on this server. If you
provided the URL, please check to ensure that it is correct.

If I go directly into Windows Media and look up a video, I can. However, I
am experiening one problem. If I select File, Open URL and type in a
website address, then I receive the error message titled C00D11CD.

I do not know what to do to fix this. I just bought this computer brand new
in Febuary and update it all the time. We have DSL (768/256K).

Any ideas on what could be wrong?

I'd suggest asking this in a newsgroup related to Windows XP (they start
microsoft.public.windowsxp)

This newsgroup is for questions about Access, the database product that's
part of Office Professional.
