Excel Error bars on barplot not in series in excel 2016

Hi all,

I've got a barplot that I'm trying to put error bars on; however, I can't seem to split the bars up so each has it's own set of bars. They keep running together in a series. Any way to break up the series so each bar has it's own values? Thanks
