error at startup

I recently installed Norton Anti Virus, and since then every time I start up
my computer, my screen stays black for at least a good five minutes. I know
the computer is up and running because if i push a button on the keyboard i
can hear it. The when my desktop finally does appear the follwing error is
found: The window title says, RUNDLL, the actual error says,
c:\WINDOWS/bxxs5.dll, the specified module could not be found. How can I fix
this.
