error at start

Hi
I recently purchased pest patrol, it doing a great job, but now when I start
my pc I get 2 errors:

error loading c:/programefiles/wild tangent/apps/cda/cdaengine0400.dll

and a runner error:

could not run the target dll
("c:/programefiles/backweb/backwebclient/6.2.3.66/programe/backweb.dll",error
code 126)
help please
