Error: ASP 0113 Script timed out (on Windows XP)

After filling in an advertising form a message appears,as above;it goes on to
say I can set a new value for the property Server,or by changing the value in
the IIS admistration tools.
Great, but how do you do it?
Help please.
 
You don't. It's a server side error that the page or site maker would have to fix.
