Error after partitioning (not enough memory or corrupted files?)

I tried to make an unattended setup CD, by just including Intel's ICH7
drivers since my floppy is broken and I cannot load the RAID drivers
using F6.

After booting form CD, it loads the drivers, I can choose a partition
to install and after that it pops a message saying that there is not
enough memory to continue with the installation or there are corrupted
files.

I tried many ways (NTFS/FAT, quick/normal format) however I always
getting the same message. I even tried to setup on another pc, with
just an IDE HDD, and no raid.

Any ideas? I double checked the files, and there are ok, installed
memory is 2G error free...

How does it load ICH7 RAID drivers when they are not on xp cd.....
Thier really is no alternative to the F6 floppy set-up,a new floppy runs
about 15.00

It can load the drivers if you follow the procedure and make an
unattended setup cd INCLUDING the drivers :) I think I cover that
before.

As for the floppy, it is not the problem, the problem is a faulty FDD
controller, so I have to replace the mobo...
