After installing SP3 on a few machines and rebooting for the first time I get
two command windows come up on the screen. One closes and the other repeats
the message "Error: the parameter is incorrect" a half dozen times then
closes. Things appear to be working fine other than this message that never
reapears. Anyone seen this. I believe it may have something to do the fact
that my profiles are also deleted at shutdown (on purpose).
