Error Adding Records to a Form

Having difficulty setting up main and subforms. The
subform's record source is from a query. The main form
contains document numbers (indexed - no duplicates).

What do need to do when I get the message "Cannot add
records; join key for Transactions-Credit not in record
set" on my form?

Is your query editable? Open the query by hand and try adding something
amnually. If thats not the problem, do you have your master/child link set
correctly?
