Error accessing network?

This is a bogus error message that is translated as: Your
database is hosed, restore from a backup. Its caused by a
certain file on your machine and now your database is very
messed up. I've found the db can be recovered if you
create a new database and import all the objects into the
new database - however, you need to do this on a machine
without that file.
