Error 80040112

Got message "create an instance of the COM component with CLSID
(2C247F23-8591-11D1-816A-00C0f0283628) from the 1ClassFactory failed due to
the following error: 80040112

I got this error when trying to access an account. I can still access my
Business Contacts but cannot access any accounts. What does this mean and how
do I correct it?
