Error 721

I have set up RAS server at work and it is working,
I can establish VPN PPTP conection within the LAN.
But when I try to establish connection from home through
DSL I get Error 721 has to do with the router??

Hi,

It could be the router or another firewall. Most often this error is caused
because a router or firewall is blocking GRE traffic (IP Protocol 47).

Check to make sure ports 500 & 1723 forward to your RAS server. Also, some
Cisco routers (675) will cause this problem if they have packet filtering
enabled. You may also check with your ISP to make sure they allow PROTOCOL
(not port) 47. Most of the time this will not be the issue, but might be
worth checking if everything else fails.
