Error 573

I continue to get the same error message as I browse the net. It says: A runtime error has occured. Do you wish to debug? Line 573 Error Undeterminated string constant. Any clues to what is at the root of this?

Go to Tools | Internet Options | Advanced.
Check the box to Disable script debugging.
Uncheck the box to Display a notification about every script error.

Sometimes there's a corrupt file in the cache and one must go to Tools |
Internet Options and click Delete Files.
