error 501

Installed XP SP 2 and now I get error 501. Permission
Denied. An error has occurred in this dialog. This
appears when I try to change the font in outgoing mail.
This only occurs from the dropdown format menu.
Everything else in the format menu works. Can anyone
help? Thanks

It may also be a JavaScript problem, try the following and see if it helps:

Register these files:

1. Click on Start -- Run
2. Type Regsvr32 softpub.dll
3. Click OK

or........
