ERROR 5 (0x00000005) Creating Destination Directory access denied

I am facing above mentioned porblem. Using robocopy xp010 version. When
I am trying to run robocopy from client side following error is coming
, only when i copy encrypted files. In normal files it working fine. Is
there any issue with permissions or robocopy, can someone help me in
this matter.

The folder where the files are getting copies is Compressed folder
(windows 2003 OS)
 
All you have to do is create a new virtual directory in IIS and then copy the
files into it. The folder shouldnt be compressed
