Error 429

I have windows XP and 4 users on ONE computer. BUT the
computer ony allows 2 of those users to print, I'm
baffled as to why. [It also only allows a select few [2]
to browse the web WHEN connected :/ ]

I am assuming you get the error 429 when connecting to the web.

Regarding printing
1) what is the printer?
2) from where did you get the driver?
3) what rights do the users that can print have, what rights to the users
that can't print have?
4) are multiple users logged on
5) can the unsuccessful print user logon before anyone else and print?
6) are there any error regarding printing? (eventviewer, popups)?
