Error 429 when trying to run Packaging Wizard

I am trying to run the Packaging Wizard to create a runtime version of my
Access Database in Access 2002. When I run the Packaging wizard, I
immediaately get "Error 429: Active X components can't create object." It
lets me continue on to the packaging wizard Identifying Appication & Package
screen. When I click on the browse button I get "Error 91:Object Variable or
with block variable not set." I have tried repairing the development
package. I have also uninstalled and then reinstalled the package and
nothing seems to work. Any suggestions??

Did you get a solution to this? I've been having this same problem and
would appreciate any help that you can offer. Thanks a bunch.
