Error 3167: Record is Deleted

When i tried to open a form that we use to enter data
into our database an error message appears saying the
the "Record is Deleted". I have absolutely no idea why
this is happening. When i check the database the last
record I worked on was still there. I'm stumped. Any
help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Zane,

It is possible that the form is encountering some level of corruption in
your database. You should back up your database and then attempt to repair
it.

If the problem persists after repairing your database, perhaps the form is
corrupt. You may need to redesign a new form.
