Error 3031 - When Running Append Query

Not a valid password. (Error 3031)
You have typed an invalid password. Passwords can be any
combination of 14 or fewer characters, except control
characters. Passwords are case-sensitive.

I set a password to the database. After opening the
database with password I attempt to run query and get this
error????
