error 2503 and 2502 when downloading and install software

I see this problem all over the net, you download and try to install you get
this error(s) for months now but I dont see any cures to solve this problem I
too have this problem with no solution in sight is there anyone out there who
can help. I also have Network Magic and there's an update waiting to be
installed but I get this error and another error 0X643 within the program.
Please someone reply with a solution. Thanks
