Error 2019 0n Domain Controller

Hello,
I am getting the following error on one of my domain
controllers. The DC runs DNS, has McAfee Anti-virus
installed.

"The server was unable to allocate from the system
nonpaged pool because the pool was empty."

The DC locks up when the above error happens. The DC runs
W2K SP4.

The event 2019 may be logged due to a memory leak.
