Error 1935

I am trying to download a PC suite from Sonyericsson for my cell phone. I am
getting an Error 1935 message. I have tried to restart my computer and
disabled installer. I am still getting the error. Any ideas??

install it?
And that's all it says:

Error 1935.

Nothing else ... no additional information.
Nothing in EventVwr logs?

Your post is unclear whether the error is coming when the download is
attempted or when the program install is attempted. Downloading means
copying the file from a computer on the internet to your computer, not
installing it. Contact the program's tech support.

Try turning off your firewall, antivirus and spyware protection till
it's downloaded and installed correctly.
