But the root cause is the same
Somewhere you have a failed install (of Word or the word converters)
Same can happen in PPT and the Windows Installer Cleanup Utility may be required

| Thanks, but: been there, done that. But I don't have the problem when
| starting Word. I have it when running FrontPage and trrying to import a Word
| document. It is the error message that is the same.
