Error 1335

When I attemp to load Print Shop Deluxe 20 I am getting
the following error. I am able to load on my laptop
fine, but not my desktop. This is the second copy and I
am still encountering the same error. The error reads:
Error 1335
The cabinet file 'typical.cab' required for this
installation is corrupt and cannot be used. This could
indicate a network error, and error reading from CD Rom,
or a problem with this package. whe I choose ignore as
an option it give internal error 2350 and then stop the
installation.

Hi Suz,

Common installation problems are usually cured by restarting the machine,
then....

1) Delete the contents of the temp folders, there may be a file in there
interfering with the setup routine of the installer. Get both:

C:\Windows\temp
C:\Documents and Settings\<username>\local settings\temp

2) Turn off all other running programs, especially your antivirus software.
Use ctrl+shift+escape, if necessary, to "end task" on everything.
