I'm receiving the "Error 1324. The folder path Front Page contains an invalid
character" when ever I click on any application in my programs.

I tried to uninstall FrontPage and could not, tried re installing could not,
I'm not even sure of the FrontPage version as it has not been used.
Tried several registery checkers did not help.

XP pro SP3

Sounds like you have invalid characters in your installation paths
See http://support.microsoft.com/kb/292582/en-us
