Error 1317 AGAIN Please Help

I was trying to install my Plus!Digital Media Edition but
half way trhough a window come up and says:

Error 1317: An error occured while attempting to create
the directory C:\Documents and Settings\All
Users\Documents\My Music

What I've tried doing is actually looking for the file
that it says and founded and i think that it cant create
a directory that already exists so i tried deleating the
already existing My Music folder in ....\All
Users\Documents but it doesnt let me because it says that
access is denied... I will greatly appreaciate any
solutions to this problem. THankz

Also, I'm the only account in my computer which makes me
Computer Admistrator so i dont know why its not letting
me in... I guess what i'm asking is that i need help to
solve that access thing so i can finaly install Plus!

Error code 1317 for Microsoft products indicates a Registry
key pointing to a specific standard folder is incorrect. In your
case the My Music is trying to be written to All Users\.... but
normally there is no Documents folder in that Common Point
profile. You obviously have a Registry key problem.\
In your case, I believe your "My Music" pointer is wrong. it
should be by default be a sub-folder of your My Documents.
