Error 1311 when installing JDK 1.5

After getting this error I installed IE6, but that didn't change
anything

Error 1311. Source file not found: C:\Documents and
Settings\Administrator\Local Settings\Temporary Internet
Files\Content.IE5\WPILOFKT\Down[2].htm. Verify that the
file exists and that you can access it.

CAUSE
These errors are InstallShield error codes, which indicate that an
action failed during the installation process.

SOLUTION
Please try to download and install the offline installation package from
the manual download page:


I found other references to the fact that the online installer does not
understand proxy servers, which is probably why Sun recommends
downloading the offline installation package.
