purchased hp pcs1210 3in one.. can not install message says" error 1305. error reading from file C:\Program Files\ Hewlett-Pachard\Digital Imaging\bin\Lvkrn13.dll. verify that file exists and you can access it
did search....no file

Have you got more than one cd drive? I've had a similar
message to you when trying to install sme software using
my dvd drive I used my cd rw drive instead and the
software installed fine!

If you are newly installing this program from the CD, that is where it
should be looking for this file; instead it is mistakenly trying to find
it already on the Hard Drive (C) and so are you. Instead point it to
Drive D [or whatever your CD Drive is labeled].
