Error 112

I have tried twice now with two different pieces of CD
Rom softwear to load on to my computer. I keep recieving
this message:

Error 112: Setup unable to decompress all the files.
Contact Vendor.

Error 112.

I've been trying to talk to the software company of BOTH
products and neither has a clue what I'm talking about.
Can somesone help?

What are you trying to install? Have you tried a new CD
or clean the CD?
