Error 1085

When deploying Office 2003 via group policy, the install begins they fails
with the error 1085 in the event log. I have noticed in the technet pages
that a hotfix is available for this (also built into SP1), when have no plans
to install SP1 onto our Windows 2003 servers at present.

Does anyone know where I can download the hotfix referred to in KB823608?

For the KB, you need to call MS PSS for the fix.
