YAY!
I tracked it down... Actually... I had help from new
software that came with my digital camera... it wouldn't
install right...
If you get these errors, check the permissions you have on
the directory under c:\program files
On my computer I had only read/execute & list
permissions... even though I was logged in as
administrator... Once I fixed that both my camera's
software and the AntiSpyware installed & ran just fine.
