ERROR 101

I am running Windows XP Home Edition and have Microsoft
Ani_Spyware installed. This has been running ok until now.

I now have an Error message 101 coming up when I try and
run the software.

ANY advice would be appreciated.

I use WinXP Home (SP2)and I am also having this error 101
after I upgraded from 1.0 509 to 1.0.614 and the problem
is with the other user of this computer (also with
Administrator privileges). Everything was working fine
for both of us and after upgrading MSAB still woirks for
me (the one who installed it) but the other user (My
wife) at start up the MSAB will not load and she gets a
"Unexpected error. Quitting" message and then she gets
the error 101 message window. Microsoft shopuld be aware
of this and they should provide a fix for it.
