I tried removing and Uninstallling and the reinstalling and that did not fix
the critical error 101

What other things can I do to resolve this issue?

Apparently this is not a good question. Is there anyone that can help
resolve this issue so I can get the Antispyware working on my system?

Hello,

Folks are more than willing to help, you just have to give them a chance
to react. Posting the same message SIX times within a 30 minute period
doesn't give you a better chance for getting answers.
