error 10060. errorNo,0x8oocccOe

I have changed settings as told to me by server,but cant send from w/mail
vista,error code turns up. Best way forward please. Ta boots. One computer
on oe/windowsxp the other as stated is wm/vista.
 
Right-click on your error message, copy, then paste it into a reply here.
We can't do much troubleshooting without the complete error message.
