Error 10010 by DCOM

I get this error message:
The server {204810b9-73b2-11d4-bf42-00b0d0118b56} did not register with DCOM
within the required timeout.

When I look in the registry under the above GUID I can see
AppID {E495081B-BBA5-4b89-BA3C-3B86A686B87A}
Does anybody know what application this is or how I can check this myself?
By the way I have checked already http://www.eventid.net and could not find
anything.
Many thanks

DCOM errors like that always happen when you're offline You open the activeX app that needs to 'update' online, and it can't
connect.

But I am online and this is happening. Could it be that my firewall (in which
I blocked 2 or 3 applications not to go out of my zone) is causing this or
another application which needs the update can not connect to the destination
source as the destination address does not exist?
