When installing software from the Administrator account it installs and runs
great, but when switching to User accounts it gives error message:
MSASCui.exe - Application Error
The Application failed to initialize properly (0xc0000022). Click on OK to
terminate application.
I've changed all the files in the main directory to give permissions for
full control to Users, but it will not solve the problem.
Suggestions? Thanks very much.
