Error 0x9004010f when connecting user to exchange

Hi,
I keep getting this error "0x9004010f" when trying to connect a user to
exchange. I am logged in as them, they have admin rights, their exchange
mailbox is set-up correctly and it's only under their user profile on this
computer which it happens. As a last resort I will try deleting the profile
and re adding it (not sure if even that will work) but i would rather figure
out why this is happening.

Do you mean locally or on the Server? Locally i have tried to delete and re
add her a few times but nothing changes, same error. I would rather not
delete the mailbox on the Server. If i have to i will but i was sure putting
in the error code in google would give some direction but there is not that
much to go by.
 
I do mean locally, you're correct. I don't like to delete and recreate on
Exchange either.
Did you reboot after deleting and before recreating? Also, delete the .SRS
file to see if that helps.
 
Thamks again Kathleen but no luck. I think i will move on to deleting the
profile. This one has me scratching my head. It has to be profile related if
i can log on as me and I have no issue establishing a connecttion. I thought
maybe it computer related but that should effect all logins then, i would
think.
