Error 0x800ccc6D

I too have this message:
Subject 'Update on Gracie Longendyke', Account: 'pop.netzero.com', Server:
'SMTP.netzero.com', Protocol: SMTP, Server Response: '552 Sorry, this mail
exceeds the limit of the email per time period. This policy is to discourage
unsolicited commercial e-mail', Port: 25, Secure(SSL): No, Server Error: 552,
Error Number: 0x800CCC6D

There are no attachments, there are no pictures, it is only two large
paragraphs of text only. One paragraph copied from a CaringBridge site.

This is a very urgent family email and I NEED to send it...it just won't send.
Please help me
 
The solution is to get a better mail provider.
Windows Mail can't override restrictive policies enforced by Netzero.
One workaround is to send via webmail. Another would be to get a free
Gmail account.
 
For the fastest help, and for urgent matters especially, search TechNet for
error codes such as 0x800CCC6D, as in the following:

Note that there is just one result that is a listing of error codes. For
0x800CCC6D it says "Storage limit exceeded", which does not say anything
more than the error message you have. The error message however is totally
clear; it says "limit of the email per time period". As Gary indicates, it
is not a Windows Mail problem and is specific to NetZero.
 
If you need to send immediately and you do not have time to implement what Gary
posted then send it for now by Hotmail
