Error 0X8004210A

My Outlook 2002 (SP3) sends and receives emails fine for a while. After a
while I get the 0x8004210A error. If I clear the error message and hit
"send/receive" again I get the error message again. If I close Outlokk and
then restart Outlook, everything works fine again (for a while). Any ideas
to try? Thanks!
 
If I already have SP3 installed should I try the "Post SP2 hotfix" or the
Registry modification?
