Error: 0x80042108

hi, I'm using Office 2002, upgraded to SP3 on Windows XP. I've searched on
the net for this error, but only find messages for "Error: 0x8004210B". I'm
not sure what to do. I'm not receiving any mail neither can I send any mail.
Can someone PLEASE, please help me!

Thank you for your reply, unfortunately it doesn't work. I've tried
everything on your site. Can you perhaps suggest something else?
 
That error measn that Outlook was unable to connect to your incoming mail
server. Check that you've entered your incoming server correctly. Also
make sure that Outlook is allowed access to the Internet through any
firewalls you may have installed.
